YDW-5 series multi-parameter water quality online monitoring instrument can be equipped with 4 water quality sensors, such as residual chlorine, electrical conductivity, turbidity, pH, etc. After installation, users only need to connect the device to water and power to quickly achieve real-time water quality measurement. The instrument uses RS485 digital communication interface and standard Modbus RTU protocol, which makes it easy to build a water quality monitoring IoT system. It is typically applied in water quality monitoring for drinking water plants, township centralized water supply plants, municipal water supply pipelines, secondary water supply pump stations in residential areas, swimming pools, etc.

Product Features
Multi-parameter integrated all-in-one design, occupying less space.
The user only needs to connect power and water to the device to use it normally.
Uses electrode method for measurement, requiring no reagents and no secondary pollution.
The system automatically identifies water quality sensors; sensors are plug-and-play.
The measurement parameters use intelligent digital sensors, and signal cables use aviation connectors for quick connections. No secondary calibration is needed during maintenance or replacement.
The water quality sampling unit uses a patented three-stage foam elimination system, and the unique exhaust bubble design effectively avoids the influence of bubbles in the water on measurement data.
The turbidity measurement uses a patented method developed by our company, based on a laser modulation light source, with automatic light source attenuation compensation and no interference from natural light. Detection limit is as low as 0.03 NTU.
Electrical conductivity measurement uses a patented method developed by our company, effectively preventing electrode polarization and significantly reducing maintenance frequency.
The residual chlorine measurement uses a constant voltage electrode method, with a dual platinum ring structure,providing high sensitivity. It can be switched to chlorine dioxide or ozone measurement function. No consumables need to be replaced, and it has a self-cleaning function.
Color touchscreen for easy operation with a Chinese-language guided menu.
Data storage and curve display functions to help users easily grasp water quality trends.
Historical water quality data can be exported directly to a USB drive in CSV format.
The device has an RS485 digital communication interface and can be optionally equipped with an Ethernet interface or a 4G wireless data transmission module (supporting domain name, IP address, port setting).
